RPM Development Group announced East Gate, an upscale residential community on the 1,226-acre former Fort Monmouth Army post in Oceanport, is now available.
Known as Officer’s Row, the exclusive offering of eight, high-end homes is situated in one of the most desirable locations on Allen Avenue with water views of Parker’s Creek.
Priced from the $800,000’s, the three-bedroom duplexes feature two and a half baths, a spacious dining/living room, an open concept kitchen, expansive master bedroom suite with master bath, sitting room and den.
“Officer’s Row delivers a prominent housing opportunity and buyers have been anxiously awaiting its release since we first opened East Gate last year,” said Michael Hong, assistant vice president of Development at Montclair-based RPM. “These homes offer an even higher level of luxury, comfort and appeal and provide sought-after locations with spacious backyards and views of Parker’s Creek. As a result, we don’t expect this limited collection to remain available very long.”
The East Gate community also features 68 townhomes, duplex and single-family homes created in renovated century-old Officer’s Housing at Fort Monmouth. The community has been quick to differentiate itself in the Jersey Shore market. RPM Development has blended the original building exteriors, which date back to the early 20th century, with contemporary interiors remodeled by Kinnelon-based Palermo Edwards Architecture.
Situated in the sought-after Borough of Oceanport, East Gate is minutes from New Jersey beaches and the banks of the Shrewsbury River, and is in proximity to the entertainment, dining and culture of Red Bank and Asbury Park. Commuters will enjoy the location - just two miles from New Jersey Transit’s Little Silver Train Station, which provides direct service to Manhattan - as well as easy access to major highways including Routes 35, 36, 18 and the Garden State Parkway.
